For airport pick-up: There will be a driver waiting for you at the airport upon your arrival. They will be holding a Lithia & Driveway sign and should be easy to find. The drivers were provided with your arrival times so they should be there when you land. They have multiple cars operating and expect to have a vehicle ready for pick-up every 15 minutes, at the latest.

For airport drop-off: Please be in the lobby of the Ashland Springs Hotel, ready to leave for the airport, two hours before your flight time. There will be a car arriving every 15 minutes for pick-up.

Is there a contact for the transportation service?

For all travel questions prior to arrival, please reach out to Angelique Ostmo. Throughout this year’s 2024 LAD Strategy Session, we have partnered with EMC Black Car Service to provide convenient transportation to and from the airport and activities. If there is an emergency, please contact Angelique Ostmo at 541-816-5600 or call EMC Black Car Service directly at 541-951-4579.

What day do I need to arrive?

We will end on Wednesday with team dinners, so book your travel home for Thursday.

Is there a dress code?

Please plan to dress business casual.

What should I pack?

Be sure to bring a coat and prepare for light rain. Wear comfortable shoes as you will need to walk between sessions or to dinner.

What’s the weather like in Medford?

The weather for Medford in November is on the cool side with highs in the low 50s and lows in the mid 30s.

Where do I check-in?

There will be a check-in table with information and resources at the Oregon Shakespeare Theatre. Please stop by to pick up your session materials.

How do I know which group I’m in?

You will receive your group assignment during check-in at the Thomas Theatre. Please arrive before 8am to check-in.
