Game Day Details

How It Works:

18-hole, double-shotgun scramble with three carts per team.
4-person teams with an additional VIP player from LAD or SOU Athletics.
Each team is assigned an SOU student-athlete caddie.
Handicaps equal the total of all five team members divided by ten.
Highest male handicap is 36; the highest female handicap is 40.
Scorekeepers will calculate the net scores at the end of your round. No mulligans.

Transportation: Most guests rent vehicles for this event. Some choose to use ride-sharing services, but keep in mind, Medford is a smaller town so wait times might be longer than usual.

Parking: RVCC has onsite parking.

Golf Clubs: We recommend bringing your own clubs as rental sets are limited. For rentals, please contact the RVCC Pro Shop at 541-772-4050.

Attire: Business casual for Day 1; tee-time-ready attire for Day 2!

Weather: In September, Medford typically experiences warm, sunny days around 82°F with cool nights, and minimal rainfall.
