Email Purchase Team

Once you have selected a vehicle, email Employeepricing@lithia.com with its VIN. They will contact you with your employee pricing.**

Select Purchase Options

Work with your personalized concierge to receive your purchase options. Once approved, choose from delivery or pick-up options.

Finalize Your Purchase

When you've sealed the deal, you will either sign for your vehicle remotely and take delivery at home or sign up in-store and take delivery same day.

* If you don't find your vehicle on Driveway.com, you can still reach out to employeepricing@lithia.com for additional help in locating the right vehicle.

** Vehicles are not held, so if the vehicle sells before your deal is confirmed, you will be able to select an alternative vehicle.

Program Details

Eligibility

All full-time and part-time US-based employees of Lithia Motors, Inc., and its subsidiaries, and their family are eligible for this exclusive, car-buying benefit.

Minimum Ownership Requirement

Vehicles purchased through the LAD Vehicle Purchase Program must be owned a minimum of six months before selling them.

Pre-Arranged Employee Pricing

Your special employee vehicle pricing varies depending on the type of vehicle you wish to purchase.

New Vehicles

Enjoy exclusive pricing at $500 over invoice in addition to the following added incentives:

Manufacturer Incentives—Maximize savings with all applicable factory-to-dealer incentives and customer rebates applied to your purchase.
Dealer Cash Offers—Additional dealer incentives may be available based on the specific model, trim, equipment, and location.
Dealer-Installed Items—Some vehicles include additional dealer-installed items that are noted on an Addendum Sticker, alongside the MSRP/Window Sticker. These items will be clearly disclosed and quoted with an employee discount.

Please note: Highly allocated or high-demand vehicles will be quoted on a case-by-case basis and may not be eligible for standard employee pricing. Your concierge will communicate to you if your requested vehicle is eligible.

Receive $500 off the listed price.

Special Pricing on Finance & Insurance (F&I) Products—Access pre-arranged pricing on pre-paid maintenance plans, vehicle service contracts, and any dealer-installed add-ons.
