We’ve booked a block of rooms and plan to have out-of-towners stay at Compass Hotel Medford by Margaritaville.
Transportation
Some guests rent vehicles, while others choose to use ride-sharing services. Keep in mind! Medford is a smaller town so wait times might be longer than usual for ride sharing. If you wish to have your own transportation, please make reservations through Concur.

We recommend traveling on Monday, November 4 and Thursday, November 7. Meetings will be held November 5-6.

For those driving in or renting cars, please use the North Riverside Parking Lot to park at the Home Office Buildings. You do not need a parking pass or City Permit to park in this area (despite what posted signs might say).
