Lithia & Driveway Welcomes Pendragon

Lithia & Driveway has finalized our purchase of Pendragon PLC; resulting in a new strategic partnership with Pinewood Technologies and acquiring the UK motor and fleet management divisions of Pendragon PLC, the UK’s third-largest auto dealership group.

We now offer 180+ locations in the United Kingdom, making Lithia one of the largest automotive retail groups in North America and the UK. This expanded network provides consumers with options to buy, sell, and service their vehicles throughout the country as we work to Earn Customers for Life.

This strategic partnership begins an exciting new chapter in our long-term growth strategy, as we turn our efforts to 2024 and beyond, executing and demonstrating the power of what the Lithia & Driveway ecosystem can and will produce.
