All approved travel expenses should be expensed using the ‘LPG’ travel expense type in Concur.
Do I book my own flights and transportation?
Booking airfare and transportation to/from airport are your responsibility. If you would like assistance with booking, Moxi can help with airport transfer services and assist with booking pre/post-trip extensions. Contact Moxi at LPG2025@moxievents.com.
Which airport should I fly into?
Book flights to and from Florence (FLR) International Airport. The drive from the airport to the city center takes around 20-25 minutes.
How do I get around Florence?
Florence is a walking city! For all local excursions, the welcome event, and farewell dinner, walking guides or your planning team will meet you at your hotel lobby and take you to your destination. For excursions that require vehicle transport, shuttle services will be provided. For anything planned on your own, you will be responsible for your own transportation.
Can I extend my stay?
Unfortunately due to the busy season, additional nights at the Lungarno Collection are limited. There are many wonderful places to stay throughout Florence and the Tuscany region. We’ll be providing you with a cash stipend to help offset some additional travel expenses if you choose to do a pre or post trip. If you have any questions or would like suggestions for other places to visit during your trip, please contact us.
