What trip expenses does LAD cover?

LAD will cover the following expenses as part of the LPG program:

Roundtrip airfare for you and one guest.
- Airfare for additional family members is the responsibility of the LPG winner.
Hotel accommodations and taxes for program dates:
- Up to four (4) guests maximum per room.
- If more than four guests attend, an additional room must be booked at the winner’s expense.
Two (2) excursions per person for participating family members.
Ground transportation for scheduled group functions.
Food and beverages associated with official group functions.

What trip expenses do I cover?

Airfare for any guests beyond yourself and one (1) guest.
Additional hotel room(s) if more than four (4) guests attend.
Ground transportation to and from the airport.
Pre- and post-program trip extensions.
Additional excursions outside of the two (2) included group excursions.
Food and beverages outside of official group functions.
Gratuities outside of official group functions.

How do I expense this trip in Concur?

All approved travel expenses should be submitted in Concur using the “LPG” travel expense type. For questions or support, please contact Concur@lithia.com.

Do I book my own flights and transportation?

Yes, booking airfare and transportation to and from the airport is the responsibility of the LPG winner. Please follow the LAD Travel Policy found here when booking or for questions. Moxi Events can assist with connecting you with a local transportation service for airport transfers. To request assistance, contact LPG2026@moxievents.com.

Which airport should I fly into?

Please book flights to and from Kahului Airport (OGG). It is located approximately 30-minutes from the Fairmont Kea Lani.

How do I get around Maui?

Several transportation options will be available during the program:

Hotel shuttle service within the Wailea area. This is first-come, first-served and based on availability of the shuttle service.
Group transportation provided for excursions and scheduled group events.
Rental cars for travel outside of Wailea, which would be booked by the winner.
Rideshare services, although availability may be limited outside of Wailea.
Many nearby resorts, restaurants, and amenities are within walking distance, connected by a scenic oceanfront path.

What should I know about bringing children?

This is a family program, and we welcome kiddos of all ages! We would love to see you and the entire family at the Welcome Reception, Excursions, Farewell Party, and Pool Day.
Dine around evenings will be adults-only. We will have children’s parties hosted by Moxi Events in partnership with fully vetted, CPR-certified childcare professionals at the hotel. To ensure a safe and secure environment, we utilize a strict sign-in and sign-out policy. You can enjoy your evening with peace of mind knowing your children are in a secured, supervised, and fun environment.
All children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult with participating in excursions. Please note the considerations when booking excursions for you and the family.

Will we receive a stipend / resort credit?

Yes, each LPG winner will receive the following:

Approximately $1,000 USD in spending funds that will be directly deposited into your direct deposit account
Approximately $1,000 USD in resort credit, which may be used for:
- Hotel restaurants
- Spa services
- Excursions booked through the hotel concierge
Please note that resort credit cannot be exchanged for cash.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes, you can place a trip extension request during the registration process to secure the group rate. A member of Moxi Events will reach out when the extension has been confirmed with the hotel. Please note that these rates are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Who is Moxi?

For the 2026 LPG trip, the LAD planning team has partnered with Moxi Events to support planning and execution. They have extensive experience organizing incentive trips for a variety of OEM partners, and look forward to supporting registration, logistics, and on-site coordination in partnership with LAD.
