The Lithia & Driveway CPA Program is a Total Rewards benefit designed to provide approved CPA candidates with a certification pathway through industry experience that ensures quality and comprehensive coverage of required competencies.
To support this educational effort, Lithia & Driveway offers reimbursement of certain exam fees and study materials expenses—up to $2,000—as well as a potential bonus of $2,500 if candidates successfully obtain their CPA license.
If you’d like to apply for the CPA Program:
You must first complete Part 1 of the Program Application; have Part 2 approved and signed by your manager; and have Part 3 approved and signed by a CPA Program Committee member.
Once you have completed Parts 1 & 2, send the form attached to an email requesting a Part 3 signature to one of the following:
Gregorie or Mike will reach out to set up an initial meeting with you and your manager to ensure all educational requirements have been met and they can sign Part 3 of the application. Please be prepared to demonstrate you have fulfilled your state’s education requirements by having school transcripts available.
Lithia & Driveway offers eligible employees one of the following CPA study materials options:
Lithia & Driveway will reimburse eligible employees for the initial application fee, one exam fee, per section passed, and the licensing fee, as follows:
Lithia & Driveway will provide a one-time $2,500 Bonus to eligible employees obtaining their CPA license.
