This Total Rewards benefit from Lithia & Driveway helps you Improve Constantly by offering to reimburse a portion of your tuition costs for courses that support a current (or aspiring) position at Lithia & Driveway.

Please note! The courses for which you wish to receive partial reimbursement must be approved by your manager before you enroll for those courses.

How to get started

  • Work with your manager to complete the application 
before you enroll in your course(s).

About the Program

Here’s what you need to know!

Eligibility

You’re eligible for this educational benefit program, if:

  • You’re a full-time employee before and after the course (30 or more hours per week).
  • You’ve completed at least one year of service with Lithia & Driveway.
  • Your selected course(s) relates to improving or expanding your job-related skills or goals.
  • You’re an employee in good standing and not under corrective action for performance.

Eligible Expenses

Lithia & Driveway will reimburse eligible employees for tuition expenses—not including fees, books, or supplies—paid to accredited schools, colleges, and universities.

For employees enrolled in undergraduate and graduate programs, Lithia & Driveway will reimburse a portion of tuition costs for up to 8 credits per term, if they have completed the course(s) with a grade of a “B” or higher—with a maximum of 24 credits, and a reimbursement cap of $10,000, per year.
